Stinger Media, LLC was founded in 2012 by Julia Pile to help individuals, small businesses, service professionals, non-profits and entrepreneurs harness the power of social media and the Internet along with traditional media outlets in the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky region to grow their businesses.

Julia was working as an administrator at a medium size law firm when she discovered her knack for unders.  She began marketing the attorneys on LinkedIn shortly after it began.  Between building the firm’s website, tweaking profiles on various legal directories and distributing press releases to various media outlets, the firm’s new client intake grew substantially.

A few years later, Julia’s mom’s dementia progressed and she felt the need to spend more time with her and her own two young children.  So she took the leap of faith, left the law firm and to advice small businesses, entrepreneurs and non profits on the use of social media.  The flexibility of being her own boss enables her to spend more time with her children and become an engaged parent in the Boone County School system.
